Workato Developer - Enterprise Automation
Overview
You will design and build enterprise-scale automations on the Workato platform, owning the integration architecture that connects critical business systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will define standards for REST APIs, SOAP, and event-driven patterns. - 4Develop reusable Workato components and error-handling patterns to standardize automation across teams.
- 5Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs, documenting integration flows for compliance.
- 6Monitor and tune recipe performance, using New Relic and Datadog to identify bottlenecks and optimize execution.
- 7Automate CI/CD pipelines for Workato using GitHub Actions and Jenkins, enabling continuous delivery of integration changes.
- 8Provide technical mentorship to junior developers on Workato best practices and OAuth security.
- 9Ensure all automations meet audit requirements by implementing PII masking and GDPR compliance measures.
Requirements8
- 15+ years building integrations with Workato, including REST, SOAP, and webhook triggers.
- 23+ years in enterprise architecture with NetSuite, Salesforce, or SAP.
- 32+ years scripting in Ruby or Python for custom actions and connectors.
- 4Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API security best practices.
- 5Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- 6AWS Certified Developer or similar cloud certification preferred.
- 7Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
