Overview
Build custom wooden crates and packaging materials for a leading packaging company in Coppell, TX. You will use nail guns, hand tools, and power tools to measure, cut, and assemble wood components on a 12-hour shift. Work on a stable Monday-Friday schedule with overtime potential and weekly pay. What You'll Do8
- 1Assemble wooden crates and packaging materials following specifications using nail guns, hand tools, and power tools.
- 2Measure, cut, and fasten wood components accurately to meet production goals.
- 3Inspect finished products for quality and precision, ensuring they meet standards.
- 4Follow work instructions and production schedules to meet daily targets.
- 5Maintain a clean and safe work environment, disposing of waste and organizing materials.
- 6Operate production equipment safely and report any issues to supervisors.
- 7Collaborate with team members to streamline assembly processes and meet deadlines.
- 8Complete all required paperwork and documentation for each shift.
Requirements7
- 13 months of experience using hand tools and power tools.
- 2Previous assembly, construction, woodworking, pallet, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- 3Comfortable working with wood materials and production equipment.
- 4Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- 5Ability to stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment for 12-hour shifts.
- 6Must be dependable with strong attendance and reliable transportation.
- 7Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Salary Insight
