What You'll Do7
- 1Lead groups of adult guests on 90-minute walking tours through downtown Phoenix tasting rooms, historic venues, and local drinking establishments.
- 2Deliver engaging stories about local history, culture, and wine, including tasting notes and regional flavors.
- 3Coordinate with partner venues, wineries, and tasting room staff to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional hospitality.
- 4Manage tour pacing, route safety, and group engagement to maintain an entertaining and inclusive experience.
- 5Provide high-quality customer service, answer guest questions, and offer personalized local recommendations.
- 6Handle group logistics, including check-ins, counts, and timely transitions between stops.

Requirements7
- 11+ year of experience in guiding, hospitality, or customer-facing roles, with a passion for storytelling and wine.
- 2Ability to walk for 90 minutes and stand for extended periods in an outdoor urban environment.
- 3Strong public speaking and communication skills, with confidence in front of groups.
- 4Flexible availability for early evening shifts, including weekends.
