What You'll Do5
- 1Lead groups of up to 15 guests on 90-minute wine tours through downtown Baltimore, ensuring safety and engagement.
- 2Deliver engaging historical and cultural narratives, weaving in local wine history, tasting notes, and regional flavors.
- 3Coordinate with partner venues, wineries, and tasting room staff to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional hospitality.
- 4Manage tour pacing and route safety while adapting to group dynamics for an inclusive experience.
- 5Answer guest questions and offer local recommendations, enhancing their overall visit to Baltimore.
Requirements6
- 11+ years of experience in guided tours, hospitality, or customer-facing roles, with a passion for wine and storytelling.
- 2Ability to walk and stand for 90 minutes, covering approximately 1-2 miles in varying weather conditions.
- 3Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging diverse adult audiences.
