The role involves representing leading brands to major ad agencies and clients while working together in person three days per week.

- 1Identify and pursue new business partners for The Match Group`s portfolio
- 2Build on existing relationships with clients and agencies
- 3Create professional and actionable sales presentations
- 4Oversee execution and deliver high-quality responses to RFPs
- 5Strive to exceed team pricing targets and sales goals
- 6Drive new and growing existing revenue through long-term contracts and negotiations
- 7Develop new relationships with clients and agencies on behalf of our brands
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing teams and beating quotas
- 38+ years of online media sales experience
- 4Relationships with top marketing decision-makers in the F1000 and major ad agencies
- 5Existing relationships on both client and agency sides
- 6Proven track record of managing six-figure deals
- 7Strong references from agency and brand clients
- 8Excellent communication and presentation skills
