What You'll Do11
- 1Receive and verify accuracy of incoming H-E-B DSD loads
- 2Oversee wareroom activity and enforce SOP compliance
- 3Inspect packages and validate code dates
- 4Resolve unusual billing issues with vendors
- 5Communicate vendor stock conditions to store management
- 6Maintain accurate invoice records and process credits
- 7Set up and manage return goods stations
- 8Enforce safety guidelines in receiving area
- 9Coordinate with partners for consistent credit timelines
- 10Preserve paperwork filing systems across departments
- 11Track and report below-standard product conditions
Requirements10
- 1Age 18+
- 2Knowledge of PC applications Word and Excel
- 3Familiarity with H-E-B systems
- 4Wareroom Manager certification
- 5Receiving Controller certification upon hire
- 6Physical stamina to lift up to 60 lbs
- 7Initiative and adaptability
- 8Strong communication skills
- 9Basic safety awareness
