What You'll Do8
- 1Troubleshoot and repair pumps independently on field calls and in the shop, using basic hand tools and following safety standards.
- 2Write concise service reports and document all work performed, including parts used and time on job.
- 3Communicate with customers to explain issues, get repair approvals, and update them on equipment status.
- 4Drive to field calls across California and parts of Nevada, and occasionally travel to other company offices.
- 5Pack equipment for shipment and receive inventory, ensuring accurate stock counts.
- 6Deliver equipment to customers using a company vehicle, maintaining cleanliness and fuel levels.
- 7Operate a forklift for warehouse tasks, including organizing inventory and cleaning tools.
- 8Perform facility maintenance tasks like cleaning and organization to keep the workspace safe and efficient.
Requirements7
- 1Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
- 2Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication
- 3Pass a drug and background check
- 4Ability to lift 100 lbs independently
- 5Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical troubleshooting preferred, but on-the-job training provided
- 6Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training to expand skills
- 7Basic computer skills, including Outlook and email
