What You'll Do10
- 1Build rapport with residents and management to ensure smooth pickups
- 2Transport bagged trash and recycling to dumpsters or compactors
- 3Maintain cleanliness of breezeways, stairwells, and waste collection areas
- 4Report service-related issues to management with documentation
- 5Follow all safety and service standards to protect residents and properties
- 6Ride on a personal pickup truck with a tow hitch to haul equipment when needed
- 7Operate outdoors in varying weather conditions and on different routes
- 8Support and service multiple communities across assigned nights
- 9Meet the 7:00 PM start time and complete 3-6 hour shifts five nights per week
- 10Adhere to holiday and weekend requirements to maintain service levels

- 1Must be at least 18 years old
- 2Must own a reliable pickup truck with a functional trailer hitch
- 3Ability to walk multiple flights of stairs and lift up to 50 pounds
- 4Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
