What You'll Do8

  • 1Prepare electrical and mechanical items for sale, including cleaning, testing, and photographing for eBay and other ecommerce listings.
  • 2List items with accurate descriptions and pricing, then manage live auctions and fixed-price offers.
  • 3Package and ship sold items using UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers, ensuring safe transit.
  • 4Log inventory into the inventory management system (e.g., QuickBooks or similar), tracking locations and quantities.
  • 5Maintain a clean, organized warehouse with clear labeling and safe equipment handling.
  • 6Identify and implement workflow improvements to cut fulfillment time by 20% within the first quarter.
  • 7Collaborate with the sales team to align listings with demand and pricing trends.
  • 8Assist with equipment receiving and inspection upon arrival from decommissioning sites.

Requirements8

  • 11-2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or ecommerce experience, preferably with industrial or electrical equipment.
  • 2Proficiency with eBay seller tools and PayPal or similar payment processing.
  • 3Experience using inventory management software (e.g., QuickBooks, Fishbowl, or TradeGecko).
  • 4Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification a plus).
  • 5Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge to safely handle and identify equipment.
  • 6High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in logistics or operations preferred.
  • 7Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
  • 8Strong attention to detail and organization skills for accurate inventory records.
