What You'll Do8
- 1Load and unload palletized materials from trucks and vans, stacking them in assigned locations.
- 2Locate and move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment, ensuring accurate product placement.
- 3Identify products on sales orders and load customer orders with care.
- 4Build partial pallets and ensure proper packaging and palletization.
- 5Clean and organize the warehouse, showroom, and break room to maintain a safe environment.
- 6Lift up to 70 lbs and handle heavy materials throughout the shift.
- 7Keep updated records of daily forklift inspection logs and report any issues.
- 8Comply with company policies and legal guidelines, helping maintain a safe and orderly facility.
Requirements8
- 1Proven experience as a forklift operator with valid certification.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent.
- 31+ year of experience in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- 4Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
- 5Excellent physical condition and coordination.
- 6Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
- 7Valid certification to operate forklifts.
- 8Willingness to relocate to Portland, OR 97224 before starting work.
