Warehouse Associate, Outdoor Living & Pool Retail
Overview
You will own inventory movement and showroom readiness for Richard's Total Backyard Solutions, Houston's top Outdoor Living specialist. This role sits between the warehouse and showroom, moving hot tubs, furniture, and swim spas. You will support delivery teams and drive company vehicles to customer sites. You report directly to the warehouse manager, joining a team recognized by Aqua Magazine Hall of Fame and PSN Top 50. Daily work mixes warehouse inventory control, hot tub moving, and showroom merchandising, with clear paths to grow your role.
What You'll Do7
- 1Restock showroom and warehouse items, keeping outdoor living displays organized and complete.
- 2Perform minor handyman tasks, from swapping light bulbs to arranging swim spa displays.
- 3Move and arrange hot tubs, furniture, and products between the warehouse and showroom.
- 4Prep delivery vans for hot tub and swim spa deliveries, staging equipment and accessories.
- 5Load and unload heavy equipment, lifting 50+ lbs with proper safety technique.
- 6Drive company vehicles to customer locations, meeting insurance requirements and delivery schedules.
- 7Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures to prevent damage and injury.

- 121+ years old to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
- 2Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- 3Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Houston weather.
- 4Reliable and punctual, showing strong work ethic and dependability.
