Warehouse Associate Legends Global Dallas
Overview
The Warehouse Associate at Legends Global Dallas leads inventory management for Fair Park events. This role owns receiving and delivery processes while scaling supply chain efficiency. You will drive operational excellence across diverse locations.
What You'll Do11
- 1Report directly to the Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or assigned operational leader
- 2Assist with receiving checking organizing and storing food beverage equipment and other deliveries
- 3Deliver stock and supplies to concessions stands portables commissaries catering areas bars kitchens and other assigned Fair Park locations
- 4Restock stands and service areas with food beverage paper goods smallwares and other operational products as needed
- 5Inspect assigned locations for product shortages cleanliness concerns equipment needs or other deficiencies and communicate concerns to leadership
- 6Support moving equipment product and supplies before during and after Fair Park events
- 7Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas dock areas storage rooms walk-ins and assigned workspaces
- 8Follow proper product rotation storage labeling and food safety procedures
- 9Support event setup replenishment breakdown and post-event recovery as assigned
- 10Safely operate warehouse equipment only when properly trained and authorized
- 11Follow all Legends safety expectations including safe lifting practices proper housekeeping spill cleanup equipment safety and required personal protective equipment
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma preferred
- 3Ability to work extended or irregular hours including nights weekends holidays and event days
- 4Must be dependable punctual and prepared to report to work as scheduled
- 5Preferred: Strong communication teamwork reliability attention to detail sense of urgency safety awareness guest-service mindset
- 6Education Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
- 7Work Environment: Warehouse dock storage kitchen concessions and event spaces
- 8Team members may work indoors and outdoors depending on event needs
- 9Exposure to varying temperatures including coolers freezers outdoor weather conditions and high-volume event environments
