Overview
We seek a Visual Merchandiser to lead guest experiences and drive sales through elevated visual presentations. This role involves planning daily visual workloads executing weekly assessments supporting visual standards and leading strategy implementation. No prior experience required.
What You'll Do11
- 1Plan daily visual workload with leader guidance to align with sales goals events and promotions
- 2Execute weekly visual assessments and partner with leaders to enhance store visual execution
- 3Assess and guide visual standards across the total store to elevate presentations
- 4Support Visual Merchandising strategy and In-Store Marketing initiatives
- 5Validate visual presentations in partnership with leaders
- 6Set overhead spotlights to highlight key merchandising displays
- 7Solve merchandising issues and adjust sets to create inspiring presentations
- 8Maintain backroom organization and update signing tools
- 9Set non-planogram ISM elements throughout the store
- 10Communicate and support team onboarding and continuous learning
- 11Demonstrate inclusivity and ethical conduct while maintaining safety compliance
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 to 2 years visual merchandising experience
- 3Age 18 or older
- 4Business acumen regarding margin and profitability
- 5Strong communication skills
- 6Ability to operate handheld scanners and WAV vehicle
- 7Flexible work schedule availability
- 8ADA compliance awareness
- 9Reliable attendance record
- 10Physical ability to lift up to 15 pounds and move heavier items
- 11Experience with retail business fundamentals
