Overview
You will provide virtual speech and language therapy services for a K-12 school district in Pennsylvania. You will conduct evaluations, support IEP processes, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families. This role requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active PA Education License. Work from home with a dedicated onsite team, offering full-time or part-time flexibility.
What You'll Do7
- 1Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in grades 1-12 via teletherapy.
- 2Conduct virtual evaluations, assessments, and testing to determine student needs.
- 3Support IEP development and implementation by contributing to meetings and documentation.
- 4Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into educational plans.
- 5Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of services, progress, and outcomes.
- 6Manage a growing caseload, adapting to changing student needs throughout the school year.
- 7Use digital platforms to deliver therapy and track student performance.
Requirements5
- 1Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- 2Active or eligible PA Education License for Speech Pathology.
- 31+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience.
- 4Active state SLP license.
- 5Experience with school-based or pediatric populations preferred.
