What You'll Do8
- 1Perform clerical and administrative duties to support nursing unit operations and clinical staff
- 2Maintain accurate and organized resident records, charts, and documentation in accordance with facility procedures
- 3Assist with communication between nursing staff physicians families and other departments
- 4Manage phone calls messages and correspondence promptly and professionally
- 5Support scheduling documentation tracking and general unit organization as needed
- 6Ensure supplies forms and office materials are maintained and readily available for unit use
- 7Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility information in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies
- 8Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient workflow within the nursing unit
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Minimum of one year related experience as a Unit Clerk and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and work independently
- 4Patience tact and a cheerful disposition
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
- 6Compassion for working with the elderly population
- 75+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
