Requirements15
- 1High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2Two years of security guard experience
- 3Maryland Guard Card eligibility
- 4Pass background check and drug screening
- 5Physical ability to climb stairs and meet vision standards
- 6Valid work authorization in the United States
- 7Ability to exercise quick decision making under pressure
- 8Mature temperament to handle threats without personal reaction
- 9Polite and respectful communication skills
- 10Proficiency in English reading writing and understanding instructions
- 11Authorization to work in the USA
- 12Completion of onsite and customer service training
- 13Training in Maryland HQL and CCW 12-hour Maryland Security Guard Training
- 14Knowledge of OC Spray Baton and Handcuffing techniques
- 15First Aid CPR and Narcan certification
