UAT Tester Advanced, Financial Services & AWS Expertise
Overview
Lead UAT efforts for complex financial services applications at scale. Own test case development, execution, and status reporting across multiple projects in a hybrid Wilmington environment. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into test strategies and ensure readiness. Drive improvements to testing processes and quality outcomes.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain UAT test cases and plans to support multi‑application testing
- 2Translate business requirements into test approaches and test plans and ensure traceability
- 3Execute business scenarios in the UAT environment and document results
- 4Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and report testing status across teams
- 5Reconcile test results and drive continuous improvements to testing processes
- 6Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to resolve issues and prevent reoccurrence
- 7Assess risk and coverage, identify gaps, and propose mitigations
- 8Provide guidance to junior testers and contribute to testing standards and best practices
- 9Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements
Requirements8
- 16+ years of UAT/QA testing experience
- 2Advanced SQL skills
- 3Experience with AWS
- 4Familiarity with qTest, JIRA, and Confluence
- 5Strong communication and analytical skills
- 6Must-haves: U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required (client cannot sponsor visas)
- 7Ability to pass an extensive background check
- 8Open to a hybrid schedule, onsite in Wilmington, DE
