What You'll Do7
- 1Drive OTR routes with a partner, covering 2500-3000 miles per week per driver.
- 2Operate 2020-2024 Volvos or Freightliners with advanced safety and fuel-efficiency features.
- 3Maintain on-time deliveries across dry van freight east of I-35.
- 4Coordinate with your driver manager to maximize miles and minimize downtime.
- 5Follow all safety and compliance regulations, including hours of service.
- 6Manage drop-and-hook loads and secure cargo with proper tarping and inspection.
- 7Complete daily electronic logs using ELD systems and report via mobile app.
Requirements7
- 112+ months of CDL-A driving experience.
- 2Willingness to team drive with a partner (team matching available).
- 3Valid CDL-A license with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- 4Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
- 5Clean MVR and employment history for the past 5 years.
- 6Must be able to work 10-14 days on the road with home time in between.
- 7Experience with dry van freight and OTR routes preferred.
