We seek a skilled Dental Treatment Coordinator at West Valley Implant Dental Practice. This role connects patients with our periodontal and implant teams. Responsibilities include presenting treatment plans, reviewing fees, and coordinating appointments. The ideal candidate has dental office experience and strong communication skills.
What You'll Do11
- 1Present periodontal implant and surgical treatment plans clearly and compassionately
- 2Review recommended treatments fees insurance estimates and payment options with patients
- 3Help patients understand the importance and value of their recommended care
- 4Answer treatment and financial questions and address patient concerns
- 5Follow up with patients who have not yet scheduled recommended treatment
- 6Coordinate treatment appointments and maintain an efficient schedule
- 7Maintain accurate treatment plans notes and patient records
- 8Assist with dental insurance verification and benefit estimates
- 9Track outstanding and unscheduled treatment and provide consistent follow-up
- 10Communicate effectively with doctors clinical team members patients and referring dental offices
- 11Provide an exceptional patient experience from initial consultation through treatment completion
Requirements10
- 15+ years dental office experience
- 2Periodontal implant oral surgery experience preferred
- 3Treatment Coordinator experience required
- 4Dental terminology knowledge and procedure familiarity
- 5Strong patient follow-up and organizational skills
- 6Verbal and written communication abilities
- 7Warm professional confident personality
- 8Attention to detail multitasking capability
- 9Comfortable using dental software systems
