- 1Own daily central transfer pricing operations and lead transformation by integrating modern technology and data.
- 2Streamline workflows and replace manual processes with smarter, connected solutions.
- 3Manage quarterly transfer pricing reporting and forecasting to ensure accurate financial outcomes.
- 4Partner with business, finance, legal, and stakeholders to design and govern intercompany arrangements aligned with commercial goals.
- 5Lead the global transfer pricing compliance program for timely filings and supported analyses.
- 6Champion innovation and continuous improvement, enhancing operational effectiveness and resilience.
- 7Establish a trusted data environment supporting execution, compliance, and decision-making.
- 8Enable the team to focus on higher-value activities by automating administrative tasks.
- 9Develop and lead the strategic roadmap for operational transfer pricing, simplifying processes and strengthening controls.
- 10Partner with tax transformation and technology stakeholders to embed transfer pricing in broader initiatives.
- 11Lead and grow a talented team through mentorship and development opportunities.
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 10 years of transfer pricing experience, preferably with Big Four advisory and large multinational in-house roles.
- 2Significant experience leading operational transfer pricing, reporting, forecasting, and global compliance in complex multinational settings.
- 3Technical expertise in intercompany services, revenue-sharing arrangements, and ERP systems.
- 4Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and operational processes, including US GAAP and journal entry controls.
- 5Proven ability to communicate complex transfer pricing concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- 6Demonstrated success driving transformation through technology, automation, and analytics in regulated environments.
- 7Exceptional leadership skills for building high-performing teams and developing talent.
- 8Effective stakeholder management and influencing abilities across global organizations.
