Tool Rental Operations Analyst
Overview
Own Tool Rental initiatives supporting field and store teams drive business results. Assist daily Tool Rental operations including sales service technology omni-channel and store communications. Accomplish through project development best practices and process improvements.
What You'll Do8
- 1Collaborates cross-functionally to understand business needs deliver projects best practices and process improvements
- 2Participates in regular meetings with peers to deliver field store feedback and initiate process improvements
- 3Utilizes analytics before and after implementation to identify ROI current future state and cost savings
- 4Works directly with key stakeholders to deliver business needs often requiring field time
- 5Maintains policies and procedures to ensure they are current and applicable to all locations
- 6Creates and develops process mapping to help with continuous improvements
- 7Analyzes post-project feedback to provide continuous improvement solutions
- 8Assists with support mailbox and ensures SLAs are maintained
Requirements3
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Operations or related field
- 22 years related industry experience rental repair or US home improvement
- 32 years experience in data analytics performance reporting
