To-Go Specialist, Restaurant Takeout
Overview
You own the to-go experience for every guest ordering outside our four walls. In this role, you deliver perfectly tailored meal service with consistent hospitality and a smile. You work on a team that values your BOLD personality and makes every shift fun. Your goal: turn every takeout order into an AUSS-SOME experience.
What You'll Do6
- 1Make memorable experiences for guests with every to-go order
- 2Share menu favorites and offer food and beverage recommendations
- 3Anticipate guest needs and process orders and payment accurately
- 4Assemble and deliver orders with hospitality and a smile
- 5Partner with team members to ensure timely, accurate service
- 6Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go station
Requirements5
- 1Ability to stand and move for 8-hour shifts
- 2Comfort using POS systems and handling cash
- 3Strong communication skills for guest interaction
- 4Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant
- 5Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
