What You'll Do7
- 1Install new tires and wheels on customer vehicles, ensuring proper fitment and torque.
- 2Perform tire rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to extend tire life and ensure safety.
- 3Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper pressure, and recommend replacements when needed.
- 4Use automotive tools and equipment such as tire changers, balancers, and air wrenches to complete services.
- 5Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and procedures.
- 6Communicate with team members and customers to meet promised delivery times and quality standards.
- 7Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently in the store's system.
Requirements8
- 118+ years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2Ability to work 5 days per week, including weekends as scheduled
- 3No prior experience required; paid training provided
- 4Willing to learn and follow proven processes for tire installation and repair
- 5Comfortable with physical activity, including lifting and standing for extended periods
