Overview
The Therapist leads direct clinical services for adults with high clinical acuity at The Annex. This full time onsite role requires advanced skills in DBT and trauma informed approaches. You will deliver individual group and family therapy while maintaining therapeutic boundaries. The position offers unique exposure to diverse populations within a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do7
- 1Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans using evidence based modalities
- 2Provide individual group and family therapy sessions focused on skill building and emotional regulation
- 3Perform crisis interventions and create comprehensive safety plans for high risk clients
- 4Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the EMR system
- 5Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care across treatment settings
- 6Supervise interns and new staff as directed by the Clinical Director
- 7Attend professional development and maintain licensure throughout employment
Requirements5
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master’s degree in Counseling Social Work Marriage & Family Therapy or Psychology
- 3Current Texas licensure PhD LPC LMSW LMFT
- 42+ years clinical experience with complex trauma populations
- 5CPR/First Aid certification TB clearance and valid Texas driver’s license
