- 4Follow Reg CC Bank Secrecy Act guidelines to safeguard transaction security
- 5Create a welcoming environment by assisting members with financial needs
- 6Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence
- 7Utilize banking software efficiently and adapt to new technologies quickly
- 8Communicate clearly and professionally with members both in person and over the phone
- 9Demonstrate bilingual Spanish English abilities as a strength

Requirements5
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in fast‑paced settings
- 3Certified in CPC Card and BCBA
- 4Proven ability to thrive in a high‑volume banking environment
- 5Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and Kubernetes orchestration
