- 7Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
- 8Report and escalate to management
- 9Manage client relationship and relevant stakeholders
- 10Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- 11Track project performance analyzing successful completion of short and long term goals
Requirements12
- 1Technical background ideally with 3+ years of professional IT delivery within Managed Services IT outsourcing industry and Consultancy
- 2Extensive hands-on experience with a wide variety of different technologies
- 3Ability to evaluate many solutions against enterprise situations to establish best overall strategy
- 4Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
- 5Experience delivering Change Programs and Application Support services
- 6Managing a team of engineers or coordinating project implementation among functional teams
- 7Skill managing organizational budgets and business cases over multi-year horizons
- 8Understanding of Agile delivery frameworks processes and practices tools
- 9Strong understanding of digital product development usage and application
- 10Confident self starter able to quickly investigate and learn unfamiliar processes document and present recommendations
- 11Ability to present at senior management level and to technical teams
- 12Manage stakeholder expectations and progress
