What You'll Do7
- 1Greet everyone (Teammates and Athletes) and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience by providing helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service
- 2Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards
- 3Promote company programs such as customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment
- 4Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, as well as to laws and guidelines of external governing entities including those of the Federal ATF
- 5Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (Teammates & Athletes) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect
- 6Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store
- 7Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements3
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3Virtual Requirement: Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews. AI tools are not permitted to be used by the candidate during any part of the interview process.
