Overview
Join CAVA as a Team Member where you will create a delicious and positive guest experience. This role involves educating guests about the menu and assembling orders while maintaining cleanliness and following safety procedures. You will also assist with additional duties and cross-train to support rapid growth.
What You'll Do11
- 1Educate guests about the menu and assemble orders as requested
- 2Keep the serving line dining room and restrooms clean and organized
- 3Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
- 4Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
- 5Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
- 6Ensure overall cleanliness of the restaurant
- 7Deliver a delicious unique and memorable experience to each guest
- 8Put deliveries away and perform any additional duties assigned
- 9Cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- 10May stand for long periods lift up to 50 pounds
- 11Assist with any additional duties assigned
Requirements14
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bold technology names: Python AWS React Kubernetes
- 3Bold certifications: CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
- 4Bold experience ranges: 5+ years 3-5 seasons
- 5Must be able to bend and reach overhead often
- 6Must possess dexterity to handle tongs pots/pans and other equipment
- 7Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold
- 8Must be comfortable working near open flames
- 9May require ability to work in tight spaces
- 10Must maintain near constant communication with multiple people
- 11Close vision distance and peripheral vision required
- 12Must be able to sit squat and kneel occasionally
- 13Must work in constant state of alertness safely
- 14May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions
