What You'll Do10

  • 1Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and small to medium-sized businesses
  • 2Prepare individual, partnership, S corporation, and corporate tax returns
  • 3Assist with tax planning and research projects for diverse client needs
  • 4Review client financial information to identify missing or inconsistent data
  • 5Communicate with clients to obtain documentation and resolve routine tax questions
  • 6Assist senior team members with complex tax engagements and multi-state filings
  • 7Maintain organized and accurate workpapers and client files
  • 8Stay current on changes to federal, state, and local tax regulations

Requirements9

  • 1Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 21-3+ years of tax or public accounting experience preferred
  • 3Experience preparing individual and small to medium-sized business tax returns
  • 4Working toward CPA or EA designation, or already credentialed
  • 5Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • 6Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
  • 7Strong written and verbal communication skills
