What You'll Do9
- 1Drive 48ft reefer trucks equipped with advanced safety features for hazardous liquid transport
- 2Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- 3Plan efficient routes while adhering to delivery schedules
- 4Manage load securement and documentation for hazardous materials
- 5Perform pre-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues
- 6Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize load assignments
- 7Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive cargo
- 8Document all trips and maintain accurate mileage records
- 9Participate in weekly safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience as a CDL Class A tanker driver
- 2X Endorsement required for hazardous materials transport
- 3Medical card and current CDL Class A license
- 4Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL-A driving experience
- 5X years of clean driving record
- 6Certification in hazardous materials transportation
- 7Physical fitness to handle heavy equipment and long hours on the road
- 8Experience with refrigerated transport systems
- 9Driver’s license valid in all states
- 10Training in hazardous materials handling procedures
