Overview
We are seeking a Supervisor of Security and Emergency Services to lead our gated retirement community's safety initiatives. This role ensures program compliance quality assurance investigations training and administrative support while fostering a secure environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Develop and implement security protocols using gatehouse patrols access control and visitor registration systems
- 2Monitor safety programs such as incident reports and hazard communication
- 3Partner with manager to maintain emergency preparedness plans
- 4Ensure completion of daily shift reports and respond to service calls
- 5Assist in employee hiring training and performance evaluations
- 6Establish schedules review timesheets and conduct performance evaluations
- 7Provide daily leadership supervision and motivation to staff
- 8Drive incident response and resolution across all departments
Requirements5
- 11+ years leadership in emergency responder supervisory role
- 21+ years experience in emergency responder position
- 3Valid driver’s license
- 4Emergency Medical Responder Certification
- 5Maintain all required licenses and certifications throughout employment
