What You'll Do11
- 1Supervise professional and retail operations including delivery installer service specialists and parts merchandising specialists
- 2Work with district and store managers on recruiting testing hiring evaluating and promoting team members
- 3Communicate weekly and monthly store manager updates to all team members
- 4Train new hires and conduct performance evaluations recommending pay increases
- 5Support hiring process through recruiting tasks scheduling interviews and collaborating with management
- 6Ensure safety compliance and proper training across all areas
- 7Make sales calls and follow scheduled customer outreach assignments
- 8Maintain delivery fleet records and manage scheduling clocking and payroll
- 9Monitor gross profit components and handle professional returns for core and warranty abuse
- 10Review competitive pricing price overrides and team productivity KPIs
- 11Analyze monthly P&L statements with store manager to identify opportunities
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma
- 2Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- 3Complete Assistant Manager Certification Sales Specialist Training and Manager Development Program
- 4Ability to read and match numerical alpha characters accurately
- 5Knowledge of automotive parts equipment and systems
- 6O'Reilly store or distribution center experience preferred
- 7Completed O'Reilly management training advanced computer skills ASE Certification fluency in multiple languages Spanish highly desired
