What You'll Do6
- 1Deliver parts to customers using NAPA vehicles, following GPS and safety protocols with on-time accuracy.
- 2Build customer loyalty by greeting each stop with professional, friendly service and resolving order issues on the spot.
- 3Pick up parts from vendors, verify quantities, and process returns using cash handling and company systems.
- 4Inspect your delivery truck daily for tire pressure, fluid levels, and cleanliness to prevent breakdowns.
- 5Log every delivery in company tracking software, noting delays and exceptions for dispatch.
- 6Support store ops by stocking shelves, organizing backstock, and preparing orders for inbound and outbound shipments.
Requirements7
- 1Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, verified by a MVR check.
- 21+ year of commercial delivery or courier experience, preferred but not required.
- 3Ability to lift 60 lbs, reach 8 feet high, and stand or walk for 8-hour shifts.
- 4Experience handling cash transactions and processing returns accurately.
- 5Clear communication skills in English, both spoken and written, for customer and dispatcher interaction.
- 6Comfort navigating metro routes using GPS and adapting to traffic patterns.
- 7Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a flexible schedule.
