Store Associate, Retail & Customer Service at CVS Health
Overview
Own the customer experience in a bustling retail setting while supporting day-to-day operations. You’ll interact with customers, assist with cashier duties, stock shelves, and help ensure departments stay stocked and functional. What You'll Do5
- 1Build rapport with customers through warm greetings and attentive service to resolve issues
- 2Stock and maintain shelves across departments including photo and beauty, updating pricing and inventory as directed
- 3Handle cash, checks, and card transactions with accuracy while following policies
- 4Support opening and closing store activities and assist pharmacy personnel when needed
- 5Assist in promoting CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers on their path to health
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- 2At least 16 years of age
- 3Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently
- 4Able to stand for extended periods and perform visual inspections
- 5Weekend availability with consistent shift times
- 6Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
