Overview
You will craft handcrafted Starbucks beverages and manage food quality in a high-volume retail environment, serving up to 500 guests daily. You will join a fast-moving Food & Beverage team that prioritizes guest experience and operational precision. This role stands out for its focus on Starbucks standards and OSHA compliance, with opportunities to build skills in food safety and customer service.
What You'll Do9
- 1Greet guests within 10ft with a smile and eye contact, and within 4ft initiate warm interaction
- 2Craft beverages and food to Starbucks recipe card specifications with accuracy
- 3Monitor and record temperatures of perishable items to meet food safety standards
- 4Execute food deliveries, replenishment, and inventory accuracy using store-initiated orders
- 5Support Drive Up and Order Pickup by fulfilling digital orders accurately and on time
- 6Maintain a clean and inviting dining area, completing cleaning tasks per best practices
- 7Identify and process damaged, recalled, or expired items according to best practices
- 8Complete required training and certifications for quality control of Starbucks products
- 9Back up cashier and support guest services while adhering to compliance and safety policies
Requirements10
- 1Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred but not required
- 2Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- 3Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- 4Work independently and with a team
- 5Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- 6Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- 7Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- 8Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and climb ladders
