What You'll Do11
- 1Design and build state of the art AI/ML applications using Python C++ Java
- 2Collaborate with cross functional teams to deploy AI/ML solutions in production environments
- 3Develop requirements for software development and testing environments
- 4Implement requirements gathering processes for complex software projects
- 5Create documentation and support debugging and maintenance activities
- 6Scale AI/ML pipelines using vLLM Azure OpenAI and other infrastructure tools
- 7Integrate LLMs with coding assistants and deployment platforms
- 8Maintain large monorepo codebases across multiple programming languages
- 9Drive rapid prototyping and proof of concept demonstrations
- 10Apply software engineering best practices including version control and architecture design
- 11Obtain and retain US Government Secret clearance through background investigation
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 12 years experience or higher
- 2Master’s degree preferred with 10 years experience
- 3PhD preferred with 8 years experience
- 4Proven experience with LLMs DNN genetic algorithms embedding models deep learning
- 5Familiarity with AI coding assistants like Devin Windsurf Continue aider
- 6Experience with cloud AI platforms vLLM Azure OpenAI LM Studio
- 7Ability to work in large monorepo environments across multiple languages
- 8Strong requirement gathering and integration skills
- 9Active US Government Secret clearance with recent background investigation
- 10Track record of independent work and research excellence
- 11Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
