What You'll Do8
- 1Provide 24/7 field support leadership to identify and resolve utilities and facilities issues
- 2Own equipment and systems related to site utilities, including Boilers, Chillers, Compressed Air, and HVAC
- 3Maintain cGMP compliance for utility systems and stay current with regulatory requirements
- 4Own and maintain drawings and P&IDs for utility systems
- 5Coach technicians on infrastructure operations and provide technical expertise
- 6Identify and implement opportunities to improve equipment and process reliability, reducing maintenance impact
- 7Lead continuous improvement strategies across all shifts and site operations
- 8Collaborate with key customers, support groups, and Amgen manufacturing network peers on maintenance strategies
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 26+ years experience in engineering or maintenance in biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry
- 35+ years experience ensuring compliance in a highly regulated environment
- 45+ years experience in engineering project management
- 55+ years experience in process and/or machine validation
- 63+ years experience managing CAPA processes
- 7Technical experience with critical and non-critical utilities (HVAC, Compressed Air, Boilers, etc.)
- 8Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- 9Technical writing skills
