What You'll Do11
- 1Oversee therapy aide operations following established regulations and clinical standards
- 2Maintain productivity through effective time management and clinical efficiency

- 5Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- 6Discharge patients when optimal benefit is achieved
- 7Document patient progress using measurable objective terminology
- 8Charge patients accurately according to CPT codes and insurance guidelines
- 9Utilize developmental knowledge to assess age-appropriate behaviors and modify approaches
- 10Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and health topics
- 11Participate in practice improvements aligned with quality standards
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology
- 3Basic Life Support - CPR Cert [Required]
- 4Speech Language Pathologist [Required]
