- 10Support diverse learners through adaptive teaching approaches aligned with AWS Certified practices
- 11Establish consistent schedules and work routines that promote student success
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience supporting educational initiatives
- 23-5 seasons leading classroom projects
- 3Associates degree or equivalent coursework completed
- 4Pass the ETS Para-Pro Assessment
- 5Proficiency with computer systems and digital tools
- 6Ability to follow complex instructions both orally and in writing
- 7Strong multitasking capabilities in fast-paced environments
- 8Commitment to maintaining positive relationships with students and staff
- 9Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams
- 10Excellent attendance record required
- 11Willingness to adapt to evolving educational technologies
