Overview
You will own the development and delivery of specialized instruction for students with disabilities in a K-12 setting, impacting up to 20 students per caseload in Anoka, MN. - 4Monitor and document student academic, behavioral, and developmental progress through data collection and reporting.

- 7Implement positive behavioral interventions and classroom management strategies.
- 8Create a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

- 10Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal special education regulations.
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 2Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license through the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB).
- 3Appropriate Minnesota Special Education license/endorsement for the assigned student population and disability area.
- 4Knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, and special education compliance requirements.
- 5Ability to differentiate instruction and support students with varying academic, behavioral, and developmental needs.
- 6Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- 7Successful completion of required background screening and district onboarding requirements.
- 8Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
