What You'll Do7
- 1Manage and deliver resource services to a defined caseload of elementary learners
- 2Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs compliant with district and state standards
- 3Collaborate with general education teachers for student integration and accommodations
- 4Communicate progress and strategies with parents staff and administrators
- 5Maintain accurate records and timely documentation for all assigned students
- 6Participate in team meetings professional development and relevant school events
- 7Foster an engaging positive learning environment that encourages growth and self-advocacy
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in special education
- 3Minnesota Teaching Certification Tier 3 or 4 required
- 4Ability to implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- 5Strong classroom management and organization skills
- 6Excellent communication and collaboration with staff families and external partners
- 7Professionalism and commitment to fostering an inclusive welcoming atmosphere
