What You'll Do9

  • 5Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and wine pairings.

  • 7Coordinate with front-of-house management to align culinary and service execution during peak hours.
  • 8Monitor kitchen equipment and supplies, scheduling maintenance and orders to prevent downtime.
  • 9Create weekly schedules and manage labor costs to meet budget targets.

Requirements8

  • 13-5 years as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale or resort restaurant.
  • 2Proven ability to develop culinary talent and lead a diverse team.
  • 3Strong knowledge of fine dining techniques, wine service, and food safety regulations.
  • 4Demonstrated success in controlling food and labor costs while maintaining quality.
  • 5Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
