What You'll Do11
- 1Develop and scale design methodologies for rapid first-party chip development and apply them to construct complex custom chips
- 2Create abstractions representing hardware structures configurations experiments and results for consistent representation across tools
- 3Automate high-value engineering workflows enhancing reproducibility observability testability and ease of use
- 4Partner with architects RTL designers verification engineers compiler engineers and systems software engineers to implement solutions
- 5Identify design risks early using methodology and tooling to accelerate iteration and improve confidence in tradeoffs
- 6Contribute across software and hardware development as the first-party silicon program evolves
- 7Design APIs object models or data models for complex systems prioritizing extensibility correctness and usability
- 8Automate multi-stage workflows build regression systems and improve cross-team reproducibility
- 9Reason across architecture design verification performance modeling and software domains to translate loosely defined needs into durable tools
- 10Balance immediate program requirements with long-term platform quality in fast evolving environments
- 11Ensure compliance with export control laws and address legal status requirements for U.S. jurisdiction
