What You'll Do5
- 1Design and operate blockchain infrastructure across networks like Arc Ethereum Solana Base improving operational excellence
- 2Build AI-powered automation using Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code to enhance productivity
- 3Monitor and troubleshoot distributed systems following a follow-the-sun on-call rotation
- 4Partner with protocol product and security teams to deliver reliable infrastructure for launches and upgrades
- 5Mentor engineers share SRE best practices and contribute to architecture improvements
Requirements5
- 16+ years of experience in SRE DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering with blockchain exposure
- 2Expertise in Kubernetes internal operations Helm RBAC operators and observability tooling
- 3Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Pulumi and cloud networking fundamentals
- 4Strong experience with Go or Python for platform automation and tooling development
- 5Familiarity with SQL databases and stateful production services ensuring reliability and performance
