Requirements10
- 15+ years managing frontline teams in quick-service environments
- 21-2 years supervisory experience with proven leadership ability
- 3Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record
- 4Strong communication skills with ability to give clear direction
- 5Certification in CPC Card or equivalent leadership program
- 6Experience with AWS cloud solutions for operational reporting
- 7Familiarity with React frameworks for internal tool development
- 8Knowledge of Kubernetes for scalable application deployment
- 9Understanding of BCBA principles for employee engagement
