What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the crew through peak hours, assigning stations and pacing the makeline to cut ticket times by 15% in your first 90 days.
- 2Coach new hires on dough stretching, topping spread, and oven tending, using the Domino's training materials to certify them on food safety.
- 3Run the opening or closing checklist, verifying prep levels, cooler temps, and store cleanliness before you hand off the shift.
- 4Resolve customer complaints in the moment, offering a remake or discount to turn a bad review into a repeat order.
- 5Track inventory during your shift, adjusting prep amounts to cut waste and hit food cost targets.
- 6Drive delivery orders when the volume spikes, using the store's GPS to keep average delivery time under 30 minutes.
- 7Verify driver logs and cash drops at shift change, flagging any mismatches to the GM before you leave.
- 8Train on the POS system to manage discounts, voids, and driver tips, keeping end-of-shift reports accurate.
Requirements8
- 118 years or older with a valid US driver's license.
- 21 year of driving experience and a clean driving record, verified by a background check.
- 3A dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance, ready for delivery duty.
- 41-2 years of management experience preferred, but we will train the right leader.
- 5A desire to lead people and handle the pace of a Friday night rush.
- 6Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly.
- 7Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 8Food handler certification or the ability to get one within 30 days.
