What You'll Do8
- 1Perform high quality Tig welding and finishing on stainless steel equipment
- 2Execute fillet welds with uniform width and depth while maintaining flat surfaces
- 3Fuse weld 90 degree joints ensuring exterior edges sharp and no rollover
- 4Analyze technical drawings and specifications to determine welding sequences
- 5Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- 6Cross train across multiple fabrication areas and support other departments
- 7Assist in internal welding demonstrations and skill validation processes
- 8Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency
Requirements9
- 1Minimum 1 year Tig welding experience with stainless steel materials
- 2Minimum 1 year grinding and polishing experience
- 3High school diploma or equivalent GED required
- 4Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in demanding environments
- 5Proficiency in reading technical drawings and interpreting specifications
- 6Strong math skills and attention to detail for precise measurements
- 7Experience with AWS certified welding techniques
- 8Demonstrated teamwork and communication abilities
- 9Commitment to safety and compliance with all workplace regulations
