Overview
Consultant SharePoint Reporting Analyst Developer leads design development and implementation of SharePoint solution for PMO reporting and financial data. Owns tool becoming subject matter expert ensures data integrity and drives continuous improvement. Collaborates with IT business leaders and finance partners to ensure accurate reporting and well‑designed processes.
What You'll Do8
- 1Produce monthly financial reports in partnership with project sponsor ensuring accuracy and consistency
- 2Document enhancement opportunities gather requirements obtain stakeholder consensus and implement approved changes in SharePoint
- 3Validate data accuracy with business sponsors and maintain trusted single source of truth
- 4Develop SharePoint workflows lists libraries forms and dashboards to support PMO reporting needs
- 5Troubleshoot system issues perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes
- 6Maintain documentation including data dictionaries process flows and change logs
- 7Train end users and provide ongoing support for SharePoint tool
- 8Collaborate with IT to align with governance security and integration standards
Requirements11
- 1Advanced knowledge of Power Automate Cloud Flows including troubleshooting failed runs monitoring flow health and optimizing performance
- 2Hands‑on experience designing and supporting solutions using SharePoint Lists as data source
- 3Strong understanding of SharePoint List architecture columns lookups permissions indexing thresholds and performance limitations
- 4Ability to troubleshoot end‑to‑end process failures across Power Apps Power Automate SharePoint and related Microsoft 365 services
- 5Experience monitoring system operations and proactively identifying issues affecting business processes
- 6Strong knowledge of relational database concepts primary foreign keys one‑to‑one one‑to‑many and many‑to‑many relationships
- 7Experience with Power BI reporting and operational dashboards
- 8Support enterprise‑scale Power Platform solutions with multiple integrations
- 9SharePoint Online expertise lists libraries permissions views forms Power Automate workflows
- 10Power BI expertise business analysis skills requirements gathering process mapping stakeholder facilitation financial reporting familiarity data validation and quality assurance
- 11Excellent communication and documentation skills willingness to work early or late to support monthly reporting deadlines
