Service Porter, Automotive Support & Customer Experience
Overview
Own the front line support in a family owned automotive group serving Colorado communities. You will help keep the Service Department organized, move vehicles, wash and prep cars, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role supports both full-time and part-time schedules and requires weekend availability at our Highlands Ranch location.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build a neat, orderly service area and lot with guidance from the service manager
- 2Move vehicles between the service lane, stalls, and parking lot to support operations
- 3Assist with service write-ups and tagging customer vehicles to ensure accurate processing
- 4Wash and vacuum vehicles to prepare them for customer delivery
- 5Drive vehicles to and from service areas as needed to maintain workflow
Requirements5
- 1Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 2Able to work flexible schedules and weekends including Saturdays
- 3Positive attitude and outgoing personality with eagerness to improve
- 4Reliable transportation to and from work every day
- 5Experience in a dealership or service department environment is a plus
