Server/Bartender, Farm-to-Table Restaurant
Overview
You'll own both the server and bartender roles at Astra, a farm-to-table restaurant in Buda, TX, working with a wood-fired oven and produce from our own mini farm and local growers. You'll split time between the floor and the bar, covering open and close shifts with flexibility across both positions. You'll learn the menu inside out, including ingredients, preparation, and sourcing, and read tables to deliver genuine hospitality. This role demands urgency during rushes without cutting corners, and you'll help with prep and dish before and during service. You'll be part of a small, tight-knit team that values reliability, coachability, and a true interest in food and hospitality.
What You'll Do6
- 1Work either the server or bartender position, depending on the shift, covering open or close shifts as required

- 3Provide excellent table service and genuine hospitality, learning the menu inside out to speak confidently with guests

- 6Show up on time, every time, with a positive attitude, and seamlessly move between FOH roles as needed
